You have two options to license Video: AppSource and the CloudScope website.
Video is licensed separately from Video Pro. Please choose your license depending on your product need.
AppSource
You can license Video on AppSource.microsoft.com for either a monthly or yearly term. A no-charge 30 day trial is available.

Licenses for Unsupported Environments
AppSource licenses do not work in all environments. For example, Publish to Web, Report Server and embedded environments, among others, are not supported.
