You can license Image on AppSource.microsoft.com for either a monthly or yearly term. A no-charge 30 day trial license is available.

Licenses for Unsupported Environments
AppSource licenses do not work in all environments. For example, Publish to Web, Report Server and embedded environments, among others, are not supported.
